Brain mapping · iMediSync

Understand how your brain is working. And what to do about it.

An assessment using EEG, quantitative analysis (qEEG) and heart-rate variability (HRV), interpreted by a clinician and turned into written priorities. No obligation to buy a treatment course afterwards.

First places from 10 November 2026

Three ways to begin

Start by understanding. Decide afterwards.

You can stop after the assessment or continue with a plan. Each step is agreed with you and quoted in advance.

01 · Assessment only

Your starting point

History, suitable measures, qualified interpretation and your priorities in writing. No obligation to purchase a treatment course.

  • Intake
  • EEG + qEEG
  • HRV
  • Report

02 · Twelve weeks

Support with a plan

A defined period to put your plan into practice and review it: weekly check-ins, a week-six review and a reassessment at the end.

  • Week-6 review
  • Week-12 reassessment

03 · Life Design

Continuity through the year

Prevention, exercise, nutrition, recovery and mind support, with agreed follow-up. A six-month review is proposed and agreed separately.

Your assessment appointment

60 to 75 minutes. Unhurried.

The appointment covers intake, preparation, recording and a first conversation. Interpretation follows separately, with time, by a clinician with EEG competence.

  1. 01

    Your question

We go through your goals, history, symptoms and medication, and confirm that mapping can answer something useful for you.

  2. 02

    Consent

We explain EEG, qEEG and HRV, what they can and cannot tell us, and what happens to your data.

  3. 03

    The day’s conditions

We note your sleep, caffeine, alcohol, medication timing and recent exercise so future recordings can be compared. We will never ask you to stop prescribed medication.

  4. 04

    The recording

A trained operator fits the headset, checks electrode contact and records at rest with eyes open and closed.

  5. 05

    Quality control

We check the recording before interpretation. If the quality is not good enough, we repeat it: an unreliable map is never presented as a result.

  6. 06

    Your report

A clinician reviews the data in context and explains it in plain language: what we found, what cannot be concluded and the agreed next step.

Twelve-week support

A plan measured in everyday life.

Sleep, exercise, nutrition and suitable cognitive practice are the foundation. We track one or two everyday goals, with EEG and HRV as supporting information.

  1. Week 0Baseline and your goals
  2. Weeks 1–2Results and planning consultation (45–60 min)
  3. Weeks 2–5Weekly check-in (10–15 min)
  4. Week 6Clinician review (30 min)
  5. Weeks 7–11Weekly check-in (10–15 min)
  6. Week 12Reassessment and review (45 min)
  7. Month 6Optional follow-up, agreed separately

An indicative schedule that your clinician adapts to you. We repeat mapping only when the result could change a decision, and we quote it beforehand.

What it measures, and what it doesn’t

Useful information. No promises.

01

EEG and qEEG

EEG records the brain’s electrical activity. qEEG is a quantitative analysis of that recording, compared with a reference database.

02

Heart-rate variability (HRV)

HRV reflects the variation between heartbeats. It is useful but highly sensitive to context, which is why we record the day’s conditions.

03

Near-infrared light (PBM)

A separate, optional service, never an automatic consequence of a map. It is only considered after an individual clinical decision and specific consent. It is not included in the assessment.

No result is presented as a stand-alone diagnosis, a definitive “brain age” or an automatic treatment prescription. New neurological symptoms, a sudden severe headache, a suspected seizure or acute confusion need urgent medical assessment, not a mapping appointment.
